Ordering & Invoicing
When you place an order through the website your order will show as processing. We will then check your order and provide you with an invoice confirming personalisation details and payment amount. Please check the details on this invoice are correct, as any spelling/personalisation errors cannot be corrected/refunded after production of your item has commenced. Once we receive confirmation and payment of your invoice production of your item will start and your item will aim to be despatched and delivered as below.
Despatch & Delivery
As all of our products are bespoke and custom made to order, turnaround times are around 7-10 working days for regular orders and slightly longer for large/bulk orders or during busy periods. These timescales are from the date we receive confirmation and payment of the invoice and not the date the order is placed. If you need a rush/time critical order please contact us and we will do our best to try to accommodate.
All of our products are posted via Royal Mail, delivery times are approximate and Create A Craft cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal service once the item has been dispatched. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days have passed, in the unfortunate event that you still haven't received your product after this time please contact us to discuss your options.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of the products we offer being bespoke and personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for these items, unless the items arrive damaged or defective. We also cannot accept cancellations of your order once production of your item has commenced.
Please check the spelling when requesting personalisation, as we will create the item as per the request and Create A Craft will not be responsible for any errors you make within your request.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, we request you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item, clearly stating what the damage or defect is, along with also providing photographic evidence. In any case you must contact us and return the item, obtaining proof of postage, within 14 days.
Care instructions are provided with all of our items, it is your responsibility to read and follow these instructions. Any issues with a product found to be related to misuse of the product or not following the care instructions will not be eligible for a refund.
